The location was good with an excellent supermarket with a cafe and Starbucks across the parking lot. The hotel was convenient to the University campus.”

“This was a one night stay, traveling home from a family vacation. The room was clean, but extremely warm when we entered. Thermostat set at 74 on a 100 degree day at 9:30pm. Room was updated, but not high end material. The elevator conveniently out of service over night, first thought was electricity costs. Hard on elderly travelers and disabled trying to maneuver stairs. Not much of a breakfast offering. Won’t stay again.”

“Under reconstruction, AC was very hard to understand and control. Indoor Pool temp was way to cool. Evening staff had not yet been trained. Breakfast foods were good, however the one person staff did not keep up with refilling trays, etc. The pancake maker was not working correctly.”

“I was very disappointed with our stay. The air conditioner in our room was broken for an entire day and night, making the room extremely uncomfortable. We were told we would receive a partial refund for the inconvenience, but when we checked out, they refused and told us to call the manager instead. After we left, I called the manager twice to try to resolve the issue, but both times I was dismissed without any effort to make things right. It's frustrating to be promised something and then have...
